The Step of OEM Production (Example)

1. Consultation & Meeting
We discuss your concept, objectives, target market, price range, and other requirements.
Based on your needs, we propose the most suitable plan.

2. Planning & Product Design
Design creation should be handled by the customer.
Please provide the design data in Adobe Illustrator format (.ai).
*As a rule, customers are responsible for preparing their own design data.
If this is difficult, please contact us — we’ll be happy to discuss possible support options.

3. Tasting
We will provide samples for you to taste and evaluate the flavor.

4. Specification Finalization & Quotation
A detailed quotation is provided based on the agreed specifications.
This includes production volume, packaging specifications, and delivery schedule.
Upon confirmation, we receive your formal order.

5. Material procurement & Production Preparation
Once the product specifications are finalized, we proceed with ordering and sourcing the required materials and prepare for the manufacturing process.

6. Production and Shipping
We manufacture the products according to the confirmed specifications.
Following thorough quality inspections, the products are shipped.

Q. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time?
A. While details vary depending on the product, the standard minimum order is approximately 3,300 bottles for 700ml bottles.
The usual lead time from planning to delivery is around 3–4 months.
As this can differ depending on the product, please consult us for further details.
