(1) Please note that Tokai Shuzo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) will not, as a general rule, reply to posts (including comments, photos, videos, links, and other content) from customers (hereinafter “Users”) on the Company’s SNS, nor respond to inquiries or opinions regarding posts from Users.
\n(2) While the copyright of posts made by Users to the Company’s SNS belongs to the Users who made such posts, by posting, Users grant the operating office of this page a non-exclusive right to use (including reproduction, modification, and publication) such posts free of charge within and outside of Japan, and agree not to exercise copyright and moral rights against the Company.<\/p>\n
Users shall not post content that includes the items specified below to the Company’s SNS.
\nIf posts from Users contain content that falls under the items specified below, please note that we may delete such posts, block accounts, and take other necessary measures without notifying Users.

\n\u30fbContent that modifies part or all of the content distributed by the Company
\n\u30fbContent impersonating the Company, other users, or third parties
\n\u30fbContent containing false or misleading information, and content that spreads or promotes rumors
\n\u30fbContent that harms privacy by identifying, disclosing, or leaking personal information without the person’s consent
\n\u30fbObvious pranks and linguistically meaningless content (empty posts, seemingly meaningless strings of characters, continuous posting of similar content, etc.)
\n\u30fbContent containing personal information (name, email address, address, phone number, etc.) (excluding information automatically displayed by SNS service functions)
\n\u30fbContent that infringes on the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, utility model rights, portrait rights, design rights, etc.), property rights, trade secrets, privacy, or other rights and interests of the Company or third parties
\n\u30fbContent that defames the Company or third parties, damages their reputation or credit, or has the potential to do so
\n\u30fbContent that defames specific individuals, organizations, etc.
\n\u30fbContent intended for business activities, political activities, or religious activities
\n\u30fbContent that leads to harmful programs such as computer viruses, or content that destroys or causes malfunction to the Company’s SNS page systems
\n\u30fbContent contrary to public order and morals
\n\u30fbContent involving criminal acts or violations of laws
\n\u30fbInformation from which signatures or legal notices have been removed
\n\u30fbContent that promotes discrimination based on race, ideology, beliefs, etc.
\n\u30fbContent intended to lead to other websites or harmful programs without confirming the viewer’s intent
\n\u30fbRepeated posts by the same user, comments with the same content, or similar comments
\n\u30fbContent that violates the terms of service of the services used
\n\u30fbContent that interferes with the operation of this system, and information and links containing such content that the Company deems inappropriate<\/p>\n
The Company bears no responsibility for any troubles or disputes that arise between Users or between Users and third parties in relation to the use of the Company’s SNS.<\/p>\n
If a User violates these Terms and causes damage to the Company, the Company may claim damages from such User.<\/p>\n
The Company bears no responsibility for the matters specified below.
\nHowever, this does not apply to damages caused to Users by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
\n\u30fbThe completeness, accuracy, legality, and usefulness of information on the Company’s SNS, including posts from Users
\n\u30fbDirect or indirect losses to Users resulting from the use of information or content contained in the Company’s SNS
\n\u30fbDamages to Users related to the use or inability to use the Company’s SNS
\n\u30fbTroubles or disputes between Users or between Users and third parties arising from the use of the Company’s SNS
\n\u30fbInterruption, delay, or cancellation of posts to the Company’s SNS due to computer or line failures, maintenance work, or other unavoidable circumstances
\n\u30fbLoss of information provided by Users through posts to this page
\n\u30fbUnannounced termination, modification, or deletion of the Company’s SNS and posting functions to the Company’s SNS<\/p>\n
The Company may change these Terms without notice as necessary and without obtaining Users’ consent.
\nWhen these Terms are changed, the changed Terms shall apply to Users’ use of the Company’s SNS after the change.
\nUnless otherwise specified, the changed Terms shall become effective from the time they are displayed on the Company’s SNS.<\/p>\n
Posts to the Company’s SNS and the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
\nThe Nagoya District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for all disputes related to the use of the Company’s SNS.<\/p>\n
These Terms of Use shall be effective from August 1, 2024.<\/p>\n
